Sending an invitation to a new user as an Account Administrator, the Stripo system could automatically identify whether that user already has an account or not. If the user already has an account: they could receive a Transfer of Control notification in a simpler way, perhaps through a pop-up on the screen before moving on to the next step. This would make the user experience more intuitive, without the need to access other areas within the platform to grant the transfer. If the user does not have an account: when being added to Stripo by an organization, they would receive the invitation email and, upon clicking Go To Stripo, the system itself could check if an account exists. If not, the user would be redirected to a registration page and, immediately after, the pop-up for the Transfer of Control would appear, making the process much simpler. I am available to contribute with testing and to provide further feedback on the Stripo platform.

In order to organize my email templates, I would like to add notes to an email template. This note must be visible in the template overview. This would help to explain the templates better to people that don't need to work tat often with them.

The edit link section in the email builder is far too small and it is impossible to view the entire link while editing. Furthermore, I cannot move my cursor within the small box to travel to the end of the link to change the UTM. My suggestion would be to add an "Edit link" button that opens a larger pop-up window that allows the user to view and update full links, including UTM parameters.

When a user uploads an image to Stripo hosted images it is not resized to a smaller version resulting in emails being absolutely massive. e.g. if 10 x 10MB images are added that is a 100MB email that takes the email client forever to display the images and a poor user experience for the email recipient. It also probably costs you a lot as well so I would get this fixed ASAP.

It would be incredibly helpful to use merge tags as dynamic date inputs for countdown timers in automated emails. For example, if we notify a user that their miles or something are expiring in 7 days we’d love to insert a merge tag like {{miles_expiration_date}} as the target date. This way, each recipient sees a personalised timer based on their actual expiration date with no manual updates needed. It would unlock powerful use cases for loyalty programs, promotions, and more.

Ability to take arbitrary strings in order to support dynamic templating or custom post processing. For example, HandleBars Tokens like {{myColor}} or a css variable like var(--brandColor) The use case is injecting some "merge" tag like values that impact companies with multiple brands associated. Another option would be the ability to custom extend the Color control. Based on the docs/current samples for the v2 plugin API I am not seeing a clear way to do this.

I'd love to recommend that once it's shared to any project it can be edited in any project

Problem: It's hard to locate everything you have saved in Stripo It is difficult to keep it updated, up to date, and to keep the components saved as GLOBAL It's a tedious manual task Solution: Have a section at the project level (without having to enter an email or template) where you can manage all these components and categorize them correctly. Case Study: I have a footer with a legal text, it must be updated and it also has a different style depending on the type of email. (Dark background, light background, letters of a different color for contrast...) I have to update the logo every year in the Copyright phrase: I have to search for the global module to do the update, and yet I'm not sure if all the messages and templates have the updated footer. The great thing would be to enter a section dedicated to these components and have the root here

It would be nice if you allow to see the folder structure for all media files that users upload and allow to choose where you want to upload some files. A good use cases would be when you use some type of pictures over and over again and can automate the process a bit. For example, always upload all your employee portraits to the same folder and when creating new emails with different people instead of manually searching for them in the gallery you can just change the file name in src parameter because you know that the needed portrait is already uploaded to the needed folder

I know you can make rollover images by uploading two images. I have another idea which might be useful if you don't have time to produce separate images but still want to add some interactiveness to your images with links: Add fade effect on hover. I think it would make sense in case when your picture: 1) Does have an assigned link 2) Do not have any rollover images It makes sense to allow activating this option once users add links to images. It adds interactiveness and shows email subscribers that this image is clickable which increases click rates. .fade{ transition: 0.5s !important; } .fade:hover{ transition: 0.5s !important; opacity: 0.8 !important;} Transition time and opacity level can be set as variable. So in the editor it will look like this: 1) Added some link to the picture 2) Switcher appears Image fade hover effect 3) If activated, two parameters appear: animation time and Opacity level. I would keep it simple and make both from 0.0 to 1.0 using a + and - controllers 4) If transition is set to 0, effect does not appear in CSS This setup makes sense to me but you might think differently. For example, maybe it can be added without "has link" limitation, maybe somebody wants to have this effect even when picture is not clickable. But to me it does not make sense. Additionally, there might be some other effect but I only checked behaviour of "fade" in a couple of email clients (Gmail - works correctly, Outlook - does not work. But buttons' hover effect is also not perfect in Outlook).
