Currently there is no way to send tests with some conditions being activated or deactivated – you always receive a full email with all elements.

I suggest to send tests in their current state:

1) You opened the preview mode

2) You changed conditions using switchers

3) When you click "Send" you receive the email with the settings you set in step 2.

It will allow flexible inbox previews which are not possible now.
