New folder field - start with empty field

When I click to create a new folder, I give it a job name or paste the job name into the field. SO many times, "New folder" remains part of the job name if I don't remember to swipe away that existing text. It's just an annoying extra step to manually remove the words "New folder." Can you set that field so that once I click into it, "New folder" disappears so I'm starting with a blank field?

Same for the New Message name field. It's great to have the text prompt there as a guide, but as soon as I click in there to give it it's initial name, having a blank field would be ideal. After we've given the folder or message a name, obviously we wouldn't want the field to go blank if we click into it. I'm solely talking about the 1st instance of adding a name.

Marina Kryvenets if the team reviews this, it would be helpful to test behavior across different operating systems.
From what I recall, both Windows and macOS automatically select the full folder or file name when entering rename mode. This allows users to immediately replace it by typing or pasting, without manually deleting existing text.
Aligning with this standard OS behavior would likely be the most intuitive solution for the majority of users. If the current behavior differs, it may be worth considering matching it.
