Minimizing icon for the support chat window

We’ve received feedback from a customer suggesting an improvement for our support chat window. Currently, the chat window can only be opened or closed via the "?" icon or after receiving a response from an operator. The request is to add a "minimize" button to the support chat, allowing users to collapse the window while continuing to edit without fully closing it.
