Global search across all projects

Sometimes you work on a few projects within the same company. When you use search it is inconvenient that it searches only among emails and templates within the current workspace. Especially if you change frequently between the projects. You are starting to search, do not find your email and have to switch the project and search again.
A good example of how to improve that is Figma: You might have multiple teams but when you search for something it shows you any files, no matter what is your currently selected team.
So I suggest to make it like this: No matter what project is open on my side I can still find emails or templates in other projects if I have access to these templates.

Update: A bit simpler thing to implement – Also if you opened some specific folder in the project it searches only there. But quite often you just forget that you are in a specific folder and want to use search across the whole project.
In general, search function will be more user friendly if you just make it global (across any projects or folders) but it can be also improved by making it search not within current folder but within current project.
As an alternative, by default there can be a filter (search in the current folder) but you can easily change it. It works this way in MacOS (please see the screenshot): When you are trying to find something it searches in the current folder. But you can switch to "This Mac" to search everywhere just in one click.
