Manager of modules and saved sections

Problem:
- It's hard to locate everything you have saved in Stripo
- It is difficult to keep it updated, up to date, and to keep the components saved as GLOBAL
- It's a tedious manual task
Solution:
- Have a section at the project level (without having to enter an email or template) where you can manage all these components and categorize them correctly.
Case Study:
- I have a footer with a legal text, it must be updated and it also has a different style depending on the type of email. (Dark background, light background, letters of a different color for contrast...)
- I have to update the logo every year in the Copyright phrase: I have to search for the global module to do the update, and yet I'm not sure if all the messages and templates have the updated footer.
- The great thing would be to enter a section dedicated to these components and have the root here

I would 100% agree with this and would love a better solution for managing/checking what modules are available to all users, without having to be IN an email to do so. It doesn't take long to build up a pretty huge library of your own modules, and yet some things (like headers/footers) rarely change or need adding to a template each time, so they just take up needless space in what's already a very small window.
I find the module library quite overwhelming, and while the tags/categories are a nice idea, not everyone understands, agrees on, or has the time to learn how a banner is different to e.g. a 'content canvas', and I don't really have the time/need to define that either.
Perhaps an interim fix, however, could just be giving us a MUCH bigger window (like, full-page popup vs the small sidebar) to browse modules from, so we can see the details and options better, and maybe even 'folders' instead of the tags/categories at the moment, as we probably won't even use half of the categories set in Stripo, and at the moment I just want it to be really simple for my users, given I only want them to use the modules I've created for us (not Stripo's great but extensive pre-built library)

Hello Raquel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand how important it is to efficiently manage saved components and ensure they stay updated across all your emails.
To address your use case, I recommend using Synchronized Modules in Stripo. With sync modules, any updates you make to a module will automatically reflect in every email where it is used, ensuring consistency without the need for manual updates. Please check this section in our article for the detailed info:

Regarding a dedicated section for managing components at the project level, Stripo’s Modules Library is available within the Editor (not at the account level). This allows you to edit modules in the right email context and see how they adapt to different design settings (e.g., dark vs. light background). This approach ensures better control over styles, legal text updates, and branding elements.
