Fix creating borders for tables

Marina Kryvenets
Dear Christophe, I apologize for the misunderstanding. When you mentioned borders, I initially thought you were referring to borders for the container. However, upon checking the table, I realized that you simply created a table with the necessary number of columns and rows.
and you can add/remove tables and rows easily, please check this video https://www.loom.com/share/0d41b214b1c74f0c8f1b93b787566b1a
but working with colors indeed needs to be done separately for the cell, we can pass suggested improvement for developers in future ideas

Dear Christophe, please kindly advise. Do you mean we should have a separate possibility of adding borders to containers for only one side? we have added this possibility in the new editor here https://prnt.sc/lvjS_UKqNyq8

Marina Kryvenets Hello! Thank you for you answer. That's not what I see ! I've used the insert table icon.

Christophe Noujaim Could you please clarify the way you see it and give an example? We'll look into it for sure

Stripo Team As I understand Christophe is meaning the way you edit tables in the text editor. It is indeed not fully functional:
1) Editing borders is not super convenient
2) If you insert tables they have a different font in the final email. Not the one you set for the email but some serif font (like Times New Roman or something)
Overall it just looks like a super raw feature that just needs to be finished.
I think if it will work like in any text editor (MS Word / Google Docs or maybe WordPress, Notion with all standard features then it will be perfect:
– You just create a table with the needed amount of columns and rows.
– You can add/remove tables and rows easily
– You can add/remove borders and change their colors easily
– etc.

Christophe Noujaim
Marina Kryvenets hello, the problem is selecting each cell to go from dotted to full line borders for inner and outer borders. I would have wanted to select the whole table and select the border I want rather than doing it cell by cell
Stripo Team
Christophe Noujaim Hello! Thank you for clarifying. We've passed your suggestion to our development team.
