Frequently when I test an email in outlook, it doesn't work properly. In other email clients it works without issue. I have escalated this to support in the past and have been advised that the issue is due to a "VML code issue".
This is a request to fix that issue, as otherwise it's a pain to need to fiddle with templates to get them to work or reach out to support each time to assist.
