Currently we need to manually collect information from different team members on how their emails performed. It would be really nice if Stripo would allow to store history of exports with the basic information so that users don't need to enter it manually:
1) Email name
2) Email language
3) Email preview URL
4) Email editor URL
5) Email Subject line during export
6) Email Preheader during export
7) Export date
8) Exported by (user name or user email)
9) Exported to (HTML file / Code copied / ESP name etc.)
10) Each UTM parameter as a separate column
It will work like this:
1) Someone exports any email in any languages
2) For each exported language a record is added to history with all this data
3) You can access this history at a specific page in your project
4) You can either just view it on the page or download a CSV file
5) It would be also great if you can also connect this data with Google Sheets so that the data is also automatically added to a specified spreadsheet
Teams will be able to use it to process this data further: Add needed information to tables etc. For example, I would use it for tracking performance: Everyone from the team can add their numbers (Audience size, number of opens, clicks, conversions etc.) so that we can keep track of what emails/templates performed well.
And the ideal case is to improve it even further:
– Make a performance dashboard where you see each of your emails, new lines are added after every export
– Some basic numeric performance fields (audience, opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes) can be added by default so that we can fill them for each email right in Stripo
  • And you can add custom fields (text or numeric for comments and other information)
And all this data is then linked to your emails. When viewing emails in your Stripo folders you can sort and filter by open rates / click rates etc.
