Hello Vladimir Poskrebyshev, thank you for your questions.
Concerning the end of 2024, we planned to add the custom color pallet and increase the amount to more than 6 colors.
Also additionally we have released the hint with color code during the hover.
Concerning the other releases, at the moment the exact timeline is not known but we are doing our best to improve the service.
Thank you for understanding!

Marina Kryvenets Thanks for your reply! I see.
So you did make some changes already.
From what I discussed with the support team I thought that current palette was a temporary solution and there would be something more stable. The main problem with the current option is that it is not stored in the account. It is stored in users' browsers. So whenever I don't use Stripo for some time or I just clear my cache all my colors disappear. I tried re-adding them a few times but then I just gave up. It is very annoying to add them over and over again.
Would be amazing if you just implement global styling. Now you have to use your saved templates to get an email with your colors/buttons/padding options/fonts etc. But if you move the styling parameters outside emails and let us edit them at the account level it would be really convenient.
I recommend your team checking the parcel.io and how they organize styles storing (pls. see my screenshot) – you can set the following there:
– Colors – exactly like I mentioned: The colors are not just added but they have names which allows to search them really fast (hex codes are not usable for people – you need to keep in mind dozens or even hundreds of your brand shades). It is much easier to remember that you usually use Blue 10, Blue 100, Dark 100 or Dark 75.
– Of course all the things that you have in emails General settings can be moved to the account settings
– Additionally some useful things:
–– Button styles (you usually need min 2 different styles - primary and secondary button) but I think this feature is already planned
–– Fixed Radiuses – not to type every time you can just set your presaved options in 1 click
–– Fixed spacings – same for spacing. For example, between sections I would use 20px, between heading and paragraph I would go for 4px. Between containers with the same information – 12px etc.

Dear Elijah, Our design team is working on creating a custom color pallet available in the new editor; we are hoping it will be finished by the end of 2024, for now custom pallet memorizes only 6 latest colors https://prnt.sc/Zn4aR9b5jo7y

Hello Marina – I’m glad to know that it’s in the works. Stripo is a great app, and the customer service I’ve gotten from your team has been amazing. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Marina Kryvenets Great that you're planning to implement it!
Just an additional ideas for the design process:
– It would be great if you allow to name each color. The name should be shown on hover. Visible color names are essential because quite often you have different shades of the same color that are similar to each other and you are not sure which one are you choosing right now. The name would be very helpful in this situation.
– A nice to have option is having groups for each color. It will just make the palette much more organized. Or you can at least allow the colors to be moved around to arrange them in the order you prefer. Now each new color is placed to the end of your list and you can't move it afterwards.
Overall, color palettes similar to Figma, for example, would be a great feature.

Vladimir Poskrebyshev Hello Vladimir, thank you very much for your ideas. Our team added these requests to our features-list.
Also we plan to add hints with colour code (for example #31cb4b) when customer hovers the colour in the palette.
Thank you for your feature requests!

Marina Kryvenets In my experience hints with color codes are not perfect – you have to keep in mind the code of each shade to be able to use it.
For example, If I have shades of the same color that are close to each other (Blue 5, Blue 10) or Blue 50 and Blue 60.
It will be much more convenient to see these names rather then codes. Because if we have 7 colors and 10 shades for each of them we will have to keep in mind 70 color codes.
It would be great if you consider allowing to name colors and maybe show them together with codes on hover like this:
– Blue 5 (#F6F9FF)
– Blue 10 (#E6F0FD)

Hello Marina Kryvenets just checking in—do you have a more specific timeline for the feature release? Last time, you mentioned it would be ready by the end of 2024. Just wondering if there are any updates on the progress.
