Control Merge Tags via CSV Files

For teams that have lots of merge tags currently it is not convenient to make mass changes.
Would be really great if you allow the following:
1) Export of all existing merge tags to a CSV file
2) Import of merge tags via CVS file:
2.1) When importing it allows you to replace/update the data in the existing tags (important) – It can also ask you if you want to replace or keep the old value
The CSV file should have the following columns:
custom_tag_name
merge_tag
preview_value
used_as_special_link - true or false
It will be so much more convenient to just work with the file and update something when needed
