A very common type of email in companies is employee events. There are usually several templates, and there are already templates for this (announcing a date and a countdown), but there is one specifically that we always create almost from scratch using modules from other templates: Event planning!
The structure is usually as follows:
  • Hit with a hero
  • An entradilla phrase
  • Date and time
  • Planning of place, time, date and short description.
  • Requirements information module
  • Final data module with CTA
  • Counter <3
About planning:
  • Sometimes we do the planning as a schedule, other times as a step by step, other times it's an image as if it were a path, other times we include gifs to make it more dynamic...
About requirements module:
  • On many occasions we have to add a module to indicate requirements, for example if we do an active sports activity: “remember to wear X shoes, sportswear, water bottle...”.
Closure:
  • And in the end we include the countdown that we like so much and a giant note of something that is necessary. For example, “contact the HR team if you are coming with your transport”, or “sign up here, we need your confirmation”.
In these emails there is always something that is not used and that is to include a “Form” or “rate this email” in the template, but I think it's more because I haven't been able to understand how this is done with Stripo... or if it's compatible with Sendy.
Perhaps it will serve as an idea for new templates.
